Fantastico Soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato al DMC Residence di Anzio: location stupenda e silenziosa, ben collegata, servizio ottimo, staff professionale e pronto a soddisfare le necessità dei clienti, possibilità di parcheggio vicino la struttura. Siamo stati benissimo, ci ritorneremo!!!

Anzio 5 days stay

Location was great, if you come with a car, there is parking, if not, there are nearby bus and train stations to move around the coast or go to Rome (train goes hourly, and it costs 3.5€, 70mins to main train station in Rome). On foot, it takes about 8-10 min to the nearest beach, which is also great. There are basic shops nearby. All the facilities work and are in good condition. WiFi is very good. If you like to cook, the kitchen has all you need, if not, there are a lot of good restaurants in Anzio. There is enough of towels and sheets. Everything is clean. The host is an easy going guy, there would be no problems.

A dream home for holiday

Andrea and his father were very helpful. We arrived 4 hours early, and they didn't hesitate to make the apartment clean and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, with a parking place inside the courtyard, a small terrace, Wi-Fi, TV, a kitchenette, including cooled water and coffee. The bathroom was also fully equipped with towels, toilet paper, shower cream—in short, everything we needed. Thank you!
There is no one what we didn't like. Just ask Andrea an he will help in everything!!!

Vacanza durata troppo poco!

Ottima struttura. Proprietario disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ambiente ben arredato e pulito.
Ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro città. Parcheggio interno.
Da tornarci sicuramente. Vacanza durata troppo poco!

Cute house, great location

Cute house, great location, perfect for couples looking to combine beach trips with evenings out.
Excellent location, short walk from the town centre, train station and the beach. Rivazzurra beach, approximately 10 minute walk away is beautiful. The property was clean and well-equipped including bathroom and kitchen. Lovely table outdoors and washing machine + airer to wash clothes.

Everything was perfect!!!

Everything was perfect!!! Andrea was very kind and nice. I was surprised how clean everything was. The bed was very comfortable. So happy to have air conditioning! The bedroom is big, also good toilet, kitchen-liiving room with everything that you need: Hair dryer, washing machine... Location is super convenient and no noisy.
I honestly can't complain about anything!
